Dr. Kelsey Dr. Kelsey Childers-Ede
Dr. Kelsey was born and raised in beautiful southern California. She left in 2008 to attend the University of Arizona where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Chemistry. Eventually she left the warmth of the desert and made her way to Ohio in 2012 where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Case Western Reserve University. Although she missed the sunshine dearly, she decided to stay in the midwest after graduation and married an Ohio native. Dr. Kelsey and her husband Michael, along with their three children (Jack, Henry, and Parker) live in Copley. In her free time, Dr. Kelsey enjoys cooking, skiing, and traveling.
Dr Kelsey is an active member of several professional associations, including Delta Sigma Delta, the Ohio Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. She has advanced training in clear aligner therapy. Her goal is to provide exceptional dental care to patients in a friendly, caring and comfortable environment. She places an emphasis on education so patients are empowered to make knowledgeable decisions concerning their oral health and treatment options.
Dr. Hongmeng Zhou
Dr. Zhou (pronounced "Jo") earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania and furthered her training with a General Practice Residency in Fresno, California, obtaining proficiency in restorative, endodontic, surgical, and emergency dentistry. As an active member of Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), Spear Education, and Comprehensive Dental Excellence Forum, Dr. Zhou is passionate about furthering her knowledge and skills in dentistry and is constantly listening to podcasts and attending courses to improve herself. Since 2019 Dr. Zhou has enjoyed serving the community of NE Ohio in various settings, from private practice to nursing homes to correctional facilities.
While Dr. Zhou enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, she has a special interest in enhancing patients' smiles via minimally invasive means to preserve your teeth, improve your confidence, and most importantly better your health. Dr. Zhou is passionate about the oral-systemic connection and wants to empower her patients to take ownership of their oral as well as overall health. She regularly shares educational information on our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram- Cuyahoga Falls Dental Arts) in hope that everyone, patients and nonpatients alike, can benefit from the information and enjoy healthier lives filled with more smiles.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Zhou enjoys traveling, reading, trying different cuisines, spending time with her fiancé’ Sankalp and chiweenie (chihuahua-weiner mix) Misu, and playing a Chinese zither called Guzheng.
Amy
Regional Director
Amy started in the dental field in 1998 as a dental assistant and worked her way up to management. She has continued her business education at Jefferson College. Amy has continued educating herself taking numerous continuing education classes in management, leadership, and dental insurance coding. Amy loves the dental field and the effect great dental care has on a patient’s overall confidence. It gives her great pleasure to be part of a team who has such respect and a caring nature towards their patients.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her kids, coaching high school softball, visiting the beach, and playing softball.
Dina
Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary
Dina Coven Dina joined our team in 2022 as our Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary. She has been in dental for the past 15 years and has been an EFDA for the past 10. Dina attended Case Western where she completed her EFDA which allows her to place composite restorations and a variety of other delegated duties. Dina will often be found telling her patients she loves what she does and her mission statement is “fixing the world one smile a time”. In her free time Dina can be found spending time at her local crossfit gym and staying busy driving her two kids to sports and to work.
Anna Hughes
Dental Assistant
Anna has a solid foundation in the dental field, with over 14 years experience in the role of Dental Assistant. She believes in promoting oral health as an essential part of overall health. Whether working with a young child feeling nervous about their first cleaning or an adult facing a complicated dental procedure, Anna has an uncanny ability to make patients feel secure and at ease.Outside of work, she enjoys physical fitness, anything outdoors, and living her life to the fullest.
Jessica Tulk
Dental Hygienist
Jessica is the newest member of our team. She graduated from Lorain County Community College in 2020 with her degree in Dental Hygiene. Jessica is extremely passionate about educating patients on their oral hygiene. Her goal in life is to help patients overcome their dental anxiety. In her spare time she loves cuddling her Bernedoodle, working on her house and traveling.
